My goal is to work collaboratively with you to help you manage stressors and get your life back. I use primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while incorporating various techniques from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I want to help you identify your triggers and warning signs as well as learn ways to cope with these; this will help you feel empowered to take on challenges as they arise.
