My therapeutic approach is integrative and personalized. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating evidence-based techniques from other modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we will work to identify your unique triggers and address underlying problem areas, while equipping you with practical, actionable coping strategies.
